Our ‘Wedding Day Package’
Our ‘Wedding day Package’ is designed to provide you with all that you need in order for your ceremony in Lindos to take place. Any additions or embellishments you may feel you would like to add in order to personalise your wedding day are available to be booked separately. We have always felt that this is the perfect way for our clients to both plan their ideal weddings to a budget, but also be able to really put their own ideas and desires into a very special day.
Even though a Wedding in Lindos is still very much cheaper (and much more memorable) than a UK based Wedding, we are happy to do whatever we can to ensure that your perfect day still comes in within a reasonable budget. As you will have seen on our ‘Home’ page, we have decided to keep the price of our ‘Package’ at 2008 levels. With the collapse of the current exchange rate of the Pound we feel this to be fairer to our Clients. Although some Companies have raised their basic price for 2011, we feel that in the current economic climate that this is unnecessary. By holding to this promise, you are able to secure the services of the most experienced Planners on Rhodes, but at a much more realistic price.
This package, at this price, is also valid for bookings taken for the summers of 2011, 2012 and 2013 etc, providing the booking is made during 2011. We promise to honour the price shown here once your booking is confirmed. Please feel free to email us for further details
● A face to face consultation with your Wedding Planner in the UK or Eire to discuss your wedding day in depth.*
● Booking the Wedding date of your choice with the Greek authorities.
● Year round telephone and email support as required
● All fees associated with your ceremony and in obtaining your Wedding Licence.**
● Booking the wedding ceremony location of your choice.
● The booking of all goods and services relating to your wedding day.
● Liasing with all recommended suppliers in Greece on your behalf.
● Advising and assisting you with the required legal paperwork in Greece and in the UK.
● Wedding Coordinator is on call for you throughout your stay on Rhodes.
● Liasing with the Greek Registrar in the translation of all documentation.
● A follow up consultation when you arrive in Rhodes with your Wedding Coordinator.
● Your Wedding Coordinator and typically two assistants discretely present at your Wedding Ceremony to ensure weverything runs smoothly.
• Time spent decorating and preparing your Reception venue
● Coordination of your Wedding Photography if required.
● Your Lindos Weddings attending the signing of your Marriage Licence the following day.
● Lindos Weddings to act as your witnesses (if required).
● Chilled mineral water for the ‘Wedding Party’ available during your ceremony.
● A bottle of local Champagne.
● A wedding gift from us to you.
● All local Taxes.

** Ceremonies held outside of Lindos Village may incur an additional fee
