The summer of 2012 saw the arrival of an exciting new addition to our portfolio of wonderful ceremony venues. The exquisite LINDOS MELENOS HOTEL is surely one of the most exclusive and beautiful settings for a truly romantic wedding ceremony to be found anywhere in Greece, and we couldn’t be happier to be able to say that as a direct result of our long standing and very successful working relationship with the Hotel it is now available to our Clients EXCLUSIVELY for ceremony and reception bookings.

The only hotel to be found in the village of Lindos, the Melenos Lindos is a former Lindian mansion which has been lovingly restored by its owner Michalis over a number of years to reflect its former splendour. The hotel is characterised by its traditional 17th century architecture, individually designed private suites, fine dining restaurant and an overriding elegance and sense of style throughout. The suites and public areas are filled with antiques and curiosities collected by Michalis over the years during his travels throughout Greece, Turkey and Asia Minor and they certainly add to the character of an already remarkable and truly beautiful building. It is in one word ‘Stunning’.

For those seeking a more private and intimate venue, a ceremony held in the ‘Secret Garden’ at the Melenos Hotel is certainly well worth considering. The Melenos Lindos operates a very strict policy as to the number of events it hosts each year and this helps preserve the exclusive ambiance and extra special atmosphere found at this unique location. This beautiful “Boutique hotel” offers a private outdoor garden area which is perfect for small and medium sized parties to enjoy a truly memorable occasion, be it a wedding service, vow renewal, commitment celebration or baby naming ceremony. The ‘secret garden’ is discretely screened by pretty shrubs and flowers on two sides, with a third offering breathtaking open and uninterrupted views over Lindos main bay and across the sea to Turkey, it really is a setting second to none. It is the perfect place to offer your guests pre and post ceremony drinks and canapés, the vine covered pergola provides an excellent natural sun-shade in high summer and the elevated position high above Pallas beach makes the most of the cooling breezes that play across the deep azure waters far below. In addition the position of the Hotel at the farthest reaches of the village also means that ceremonies here are held in an atmosphere of calm serenity befitting such personal occasions.
